Comprehensive Care
Understanding the necessity of retainers post-treatment, we include at least one retainer in all our packages. Our comprehensive packages also feature a whitening tray for that perfect finishing touch.

Eco-Friendly and Long-Term Commitment
We acknowledge that teeth may not always follow aligner plans perfectly. To promote sustainability, we produce aligners for only one year. For treatments extending beyond a year, receive a free case refinement annually (24 steps). After a year, a new scan and plan are required to ensure optimal results.

Easy Aligner Replacement
Our aligners are designed to be changed every two weeks, making the treatment process straightforward and manageable.
Our Aligner Packages
We offer three flexible options for ordering aligners to suit your needs:
Pay As You Go
- Initial Package:
Covers one year of treatment for €1,200. After the initial package, you can extend the treatment every 6 months for €700 or every 12 months for €1,200. - Extras Included:
One removable retainer and one bleaching tray are included free of charge during the treatment period. - Treatment Coverage:
This package includes one or more sets of aligners, up to 24 steps.
Pay All In One
- Comprehensive Package:
Prepay for a full 3-year treatment period, including three sets of Retainers and one bleaching tray, for €2,700. - Special Offer:
Receive a 30% discount coupon to use for another patient when you choose this package.
Tester Package
- For Uncertain Patients:
Ideal for patients who are unsure about wearing aligners. - Included:
A 3D treatment plan and a thicker passive aligner set to help patients experience the fit and understand their treatment. - Cost:
€200. This cost does not affect the pricing of the other packages.
Cancellation Fees
If a treatment plan has been created for an aligner package and you do not request any aligner package within six months, a cancellation fee of €200 will be charged. This doesn´t apply to Tester Package.
Service Fees
For every time you order aligners or retainers a fee of €30 is charged for service and shipping.

Verification
Upon registration, we will contact you at your workplace to verify your profession and identity.

Activation
Once your identity is confirmed, we will activate your account, allowing you to request any of our products.

Start Treatment
With your account activated, you can start ordering aligners and other appliances seamlessly.
Workflow of Aligner Request Procedure
Request Initiation
- Login: Access your account.
- Navigate to Aligner Lab: Begin your request.
- Open a New Case: Start a new treatment plan.
- Complete the Aligner Request Form: Provide all necessary details.
- Upload Patient Files: Include STL scans, x-rays and photos.
Plan Review and Approval
- Submit for Approval and Planning: Send us your request.
- Plan Review Options:
- View the 3D Plan: Within four working days, receive and review the 3D plan.
- Direct Aligner Delivery: Opt to skip the review, and our second orthodontist will ensure accuracy before shipping.
- Plan Editing and Approval:
- Approve or Modify: Check and approve the plan or make modifications directly on the plan page.
- Request Modifications: Request changes on the case page if needed.
Production and Shipping
- Finalization: For direct aligner delivery, we manage the approval internally and ship the
aligners within three weeks of your request.
